"Dr. Youm and staff are amazing. The second I walked into Ortho Englewood I knew I was in good hands. The office is clean with modern updates. I felt so confident in his care. He set my mind at ease and calmed my worries. Surgery can be a very stressful ordeal and Dr. Youm's expertise and knowledge of my injury removed all my stress. My surgery was complicated and I was refused my two other surgeons. I felt hopeless and desperate I was tired of living in pain. One visit with Dr. Youm and my hope was restored. "Had a fully ruptured gluteus medius tendon. Was in serious pain. Couldn't sit, couldn't sleep. No one in NJ knew how to do this procedure , and we had trouble finding anyone in NY either. Even hospital for special surgery didn't have anyone. After extensive search I was fortunate enough to find Dr Youm. Very knowledgeable and did a great job reconnecting the tendon to the bone. My pain went from a 10+ down to a 2, I can walk up steps again, ride a bike, and enjoy a walk, I still can't fly like Superman but ....im soooo pleased with my results"
