Testimonials
"Dr Petruccelli is always thorough, professional, and charming. Office staff and receptionists are the best."
"Dr. Petruccelli is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. I went to see him when I had a frozen shoulder during pregnancy. He is very polite and knowledgeable. After his diagnosis, he suggested that the best treatment option is physical therapy. He frankly told me the side effects of X-rays and medicines during this time and advised me to avoid them. I really liked that he suggested the best treatment, keeping in mind the current condition of his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Petruccelli!"
"Dr. Petruccelli listens to my concerns and has much beneficial expertise. He recently checked out a new concern of mine and at the same visit addressed/saved me a follow-up visit for a previous issue - very considerate! I've sent my husband & 2 of our children to see him. I highly recommend him!"
"I wish 10 stars was an option because Dr. Petruccelli is that good. I recently slipped on ice and broke my elbow while in Aspen, Colorado. While in the ER there Dr. Petruccelli talked me through my X-rays, spoke with the nurses and doctors and advised me on surgery and next steps. I was able to make informed and comfortable decisions because of his advice. He continued to check on me until I returned to DC, where I saw him for post op care-getting me I'm ASAP during the holidays. He is incredibly kind, caring and knowledgeable and made me feel like a person and not just a patient. I am 6 weeks out and Dr. petruccelli continues to check in even outside my visits and follows up with the surgeon in Colorado too. His bed side manner is unparalleled. I can't recommend Dr. Petruccelli enough!!"
"I've seen Dr. Petruccelli for a few different injuries over the years and he's very thorough, explains the issue and options clearly, and wants to hear from his patients what their optimal treatment plan would be. I like being included in the decision process."
"First, the front desk Receptionist is a very patient and understanding woman. Dr. Petruccelli's assistant is a great People person, she makes you feel very comfortable when you need to receive a needle for medication. Dr. Petruccelli is also a great people person. Dr. Petruccelli is very medically knowledgeable about the body bones on how they work and how to repair them when they get damaged. I feel very lucky to have been directed to Dr. Petruccelli for diagnosis. My first visit resulted in my ability to use my right right shoulder again without pain. Armand Levasseur"
"Dr. Petruccelli took the time to talk me through my options when I broke my leg, including the risks and benefits of each option. I opted to have surgery and, thanks to his excellent care, I was the fastest to recover in my PT group compared to those with similar injuries."
"I went to Dr Petrucelli for a shoulder problem and had an X-Ray of the joint area. He noticed something unusual on the X-Ray that was not related to the shoulder and warned me about the possibility of an aortic aneurysm, which can be a very serious condition that has to be taken care of without delay. I urgently had a CT scan which confirmed the aneurysm. I'm very grateful to Dr Petrucelli for putting the interest of his patient first before his own. He might have saved my life."
