"I have been trying for three days to get through to your office. The office number on your business card just rings for ever, so that number is not right. The office number on the flyer I got from my referral doctor just hangs up. The phone number on Google Maps, allows you to wait in line for someone, but then your system just drops the call. The email I sent got no reply, even after three days. To round it all off, I had to wait 30 minutes past my "scheduled" appointment time (even though I was 45 minutes early) to be seen in the office for my first visit, all while I could here the doctor in the next room with another patient (double booked). I respect your time, you should also respect the patients time. And as a cherry on top, their wi-fi is non-existent in the office, so you can't even use your laptop/phone to work while waiting. I am hoping my next visit will be a higher level of service. For now, I will wait for the text message they say is coming my way to schedule an appointment, but I am not holding my breath, it has been ten minutes already and no text..."

"Dr. G was able to diagnose my problems by giving me a very thorough physical exam to Pinpoint the source of my pain. Doctors at both HSS & Mount Sinai did a cursory glance of my MRIs, An equal cursory physical examination and determined my pain was Disc related. I had two epidurals which did nothing. I do have issues with my discs but what's causing me Pain is arthritis from a fall i took years ago. The other doctors discounted this so I went to see Dr. G.
