"I have been having physical therapy with Brian Fallon for the third time. For that reason, I decided to return to your place in Westwood due to the great results I have experienced doing physical therapy with Brian. Well, now it's my third week and I can that I am experiencing some improvement. As dictated by my physician, he suggested that I go through surgery, something I am not willing to experience. Since I had problems before, I am sure that with Brian's help, I will not need surgery. I am so far very satisfied and plan to renew therapy after the 6-week suggested by Dr. Moucha."

"First few visits went well. On my next visit, after I finished my exercises, my PT was with another patient and I was left waiting for him to give my ice. He never acknowledged me and kept tending to his other patient. I left the facility and went home. I called the next day to cancel all the rest of my scheduled appointments. I was told that a manager would be calling me to hear about my complaint. That never happened! Very unprofessional! I would recommend that you stay away from this facility."
