"I've been a returning patient for both and i can say a few things changed for good and others stayed the same which is not for the better. For instance Dr Mullen can be condescending in so many ways and in fact i think his ego is taller than him. You can not tell him how you're feeling without him trying to tell you you're wrong. I also think he is rude to his patients, there have times that I've been in the waiting room and i hear him call his patients some obscene names. I've also been a patient of physical therapy, i really have enjoyed my time with Sarena and the prior time i went it seemed as if i was more of a bother than a patient seeking care. It seems that if it is more of a chore than a pleasure when doing PT with her assistant and herself. I don't see mysel returning. The experience started off great as i did have the pleasure of speaking with the nice lady at the front Anette who was very welcoming and it seemed that everyone who kept coming in was very fond of her. I also like Rian who took me for my apt. I think this place needs new doctors who haven't been there a long time and actually like their job."
