"Dr James Nace has performed 3 surgeries on me my right wrist and two on my left knee. I'm still recovering from the partial knee replacement, but he did a flawless job. He has a great sense of humor and helps you feel totally at ease with every step of the process."

"I love Dr. Nace, he's an excellent doctor. However, this is for his personal assistant, Leticia Williams. She never returns your calls even though her voicemail says she'll return your call within 24hrs she doesn't. I have time sensitive paperwork that had to be filled out and returned. The paperwork was faxed on Mar 24, 2025, and I still haven't heard anything. It's now April 6th. This has been going on for years, with her not performing her duties. Last year, I needed some paperwork out of my file for my disability hearing I called her and left a message that she called me back a month later which was after my hearing and oh I'm sorry I was out sick. Also, where was your replacement. This is unacceptable. Thank goodness it didn't affect my disability case."

"I'm a lifelong martial artist and strength training coach. When I had to have my hip replaced at 46 from psoriatic arthritis, it was the beginning of a long road of infections and surgeries to clean it out. Finally, I was referred to Dr. Nace who is one of the few experts to do a 1.5 stage revision. He successfully got my infected hip prosthetic out without any bone breaking. Less than 8 weeks later I am walking on my own, driving and working out again. I turn 50 in a month and hope to be back to jiujitsu by then, and it's looking good! "Dr. Nice preformed hip replacement surgery for me on December 21st. One of the first things that became apparent was how excellent and efficient his staff were. My situation required an expedited time line. They were extremely helpful assisting me in getting everything required to get the surgery. Finally on the day of the surgery Dr Nave and his team were excellent. No nonsense and direct but assuring. I can now report that the surgery was a resounding success which attests to the incredible skill of Dr Nace and the entire OR team. They gave me my life back !!"

"I wouldn't recommend him as a doctor at all! He couldn't figure out what or where my muscle pain was coming from. He didn't listen to my suggestion to receive more multiple treatment or give a reason why they were denied. He was very condensing when we could figure out the problem and blame me instead and walked away in a hurry. He also prescribed a prescription without a follow up appointment. What doctor does that? That is reckless medical treatment."

"Dr. Nace and his team operated on my leg after I suffered a bad fall while vacationing near Baltimore, 300 miles from home. I cannot give him higher praise. In addition to his skill as a surgeon, he met with me beforehand, explained everything to me, answered my questions and reassured me, as did the residents and the anesthesiologist who assisted. He came to see me during my stay after surgery and utterly made me feel calm and cared for. He even rescued me from some drama in the Observation rooms where I had to spend my first night, getting me up to pre- and post-op recovery where it was quiet. "Dr nace has replaced both my knees and my right hip. He has been so compassionate, He has successfully replaced and kept me comfortable during my healing and has still been so readily available to treat and upkeep the replacement and treatment so well. Unfortunately, my family has horrible genes and I'm here again in the near future contingent, on how fast i lose the extra weight I gained after covid pandemic. Dr nace and Ms Ashley and his team has giving me a cortisone injection in hopes to sustain me until I can get this weight off and hip replaced.
