He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable and took plenty of time explaining to me everything about the hip surgery and answered all my questions in detail. Also met Laura who works directly with Dr. Irving and she was fantastic to speak with and was extremely pleasant and asked and answered all questions. The x-ray technician was also friendly and a pleasure to deal with. My check-in was fast and welcoming. The entire staff was great. I very highly recommend Connecticut Orthopaedics."
