The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is due to their use of Klara, a secure online chat with their answering service, to setup initial appointments, which strung the process out since they took 10 to 20 minutes between replying to my messages. And they gave me incorrect information saying I had to see a hand specialist first. This was eventually straightened out by Dr. DeMarco's Administrative Assistant.
