I love her being my pain management doctor but the receptionist at the 156 William Street Office The African American (West Indian lady to be precise) lady is the absolute worst. She's extremely rude borderline disrespectful. I try my best not to have my appointments or procedures done at this office unfortunately with us the only office that I can get an appointment with it being months away. And I can see why. Again I love Dr Witkin and her stuff but that receptionist or whatever her title is I can't deal with and no patient should have to either."
