"I am so grateful for this place! It feels like a sanctuary and it's super grounding. First timers have a guided session. I super enjoyed having a coach walk me through the process and support my journey. This is an intense experience!! Booking a session was pretty easy and the Plunge Room team is super responsive. The setting is UNMATCHED and very well maintained. It feels very clean and fresh. You are fully submerged in the tub and it's such an intimate mind/body experience. There is nothing like it. Very cool that this location has the Vitamin C shower. So totally worth it and I can't wait to go back!!"
