She gave me simple exercises to do that also help. After the third visit there was almost no pain, it is getting better and better. I had another health issue that she gave me a simple exercise to use each morning, and that issue was resolved within a week of doing the exercise. She checks on you often while you are having acupuncture to ask if you are okay. She gives solid recommendations for easy lifestyle changes that are simple and help whatever you have going on. She explains things slowly and she takes time with you, there is no rushed feeling. She is very detailed with suggestions to improve your situation. The care is beyond exceptional.
