Everyone at Gold Medal provided encouragement along my journey and gave me the support I needed to push through the pain and FULLY recover in just 8 weeks. EVERY employee there works together as a team and I never imagined I'd actually enjoy going to physical therapy. The minute you walk through the door, you are greeted by the friendliest front office staff and brought back to private rooms by techs to meet with your physical therapist for your session. On a side note, the bathrooms are always clean, as is the gym. The helpers in the gym make sure everything is clean, and will answer all of your questions. I was recovering from surgery on my spine and was a little on the curmudgeon side when I started and they welcomed me with open arms and really took the time to listen to my issues and give me exercises that targeted the areas I needed.
