"I initially had high hopes for this physical therapy office. The first few visits were great--the staff was friendly and helpful, and they assured me that my experience here would be much better than my previous therapy office. I explained to them how I struggled to attend therapy consistently before due to transportation issues and rude staff, and they promised me this wouldn't be a problem here. For the first 2-3 weeks, everything went smoothly, and I truly believed I had found a reliable place. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill. Transportation became a major issue, with multiple instances where I would call for a ride, be told someone was on their way, and then no one would show up. Despite this clear lack of consideration for my time, I remained polite and understanding. Since the beginning of the year, I've called this office at least 40 times (often 2-3 times per business day) to arrange transportation. They either don't answer the phone or tell me a driver is coming, but no one ever arrives. Even when I call an hour in advance as a reminder, the result is the same. Out of all those attempts, I've managed to attend therapy once--just once, despite my consistent efforts. Today was the final straw. I called them seven times (using two different numbers, at different times of the day) and couldn't get through. Out of frustration, I used someone else's phone, and they picked up immediately. It seems they've either blocked my number or are deliberately ignoring my calls, which is completely unacceptable. I've been nothing but respectful, even though they've repeatedly failed to deliver the service they promised. Physical therapy is something I genuinely need, and for them to waste my time and disregard my efforts to attend sessions is unfair and unprofessional. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone who values their time or needs consistent care."
