"Odd experience. I booked an introductory session online and was excited to learn more about the facility. When I arrived, I was told my booking didn't appear in their system. While glitches happen and they were able to accommodate me, the experience felt disorganized. As a first-time visitor, I expected a brief overview of the services and some guidance, especially since I had a few questions. Instead, I was told to read the poster or look online for answers. One staff member was friendly and mentioned I would receive a tour before trying the infrared sauna, but another staff member took over, showed me to the changing room, and left without providing any explanation of the process (time frame, restrictions, or what to expect). Lastly, the website states that the introductory infrared sauna session is offered at a discounted rate of $29, but I was charged $40. Overall, the experience lacked the guidance and clarity I would expect from a wellness facility, especially for first-time guests."
