"I was referred to Dr. Oppong at Innovative Pain Solutions Centers by a colleague several years ago when I was suffering from severe low back pain and left leg sciatica due to grade 2 spondylolisthesis and spinal stenosis. Upon meeting Dr. Oppong, I immediately felt comfortable with his professionalism and confidence. He thoroughly answered all of my questions and managed my expectations. Initially, Dr. Oppong performed several lumbar spine epidurals that provided temporary relief. His office manager, Brittany, assisted during these procedures and was instrumental in calming my fears. Eventually, I underwent an L5-S1 lumbar fusion, which significantly improved my condition. Unfortunately, my back pain returned after one year, and I am now experiencing sciatica in my right leg. Given my severe spinal stenosis, I anticipate needing further spinal surgery in the future. In the meantime, I will continue to rely on the expertise of Dr. Oppong and Brittany to manage my pain with periodic epidurals."

"The secretaries are extremely rude and unprofessional. They hang up on you when trying to schedule appointments and never call back with answers to your questions when they say they will. They don't send over prescriptions after an appointment unless you call MULTIPLE times. The patient care is subpar and I would not recommend Innovative Pain Solutions to anyone that suffers from chronic pain, as dealing with these ladies will give you a chronic headache."

"Heeeyyyyyyy Y'all. Okay now, you might want to take a seat for this one. It may get a bit lengthy, but Trust and Believe, it's all worth it! I've been a patient with IPS for many many years. When I first visited this office, I was quite uncertain if I was going to stay. Only because having to become acclimated to new Drs, staff..etc can be a bit Overwhelming at times. Needless to say, through the years, other than having to pry myself out of my warm and cozy bed, I NOW look forward to going into the office. Dr. Oppong...well let me just say, he grew on me. He was always pleasant and patient. It was just me that had to get adjusted. He listens to what you have to say and exhibits genuine concern. Okay on to the good part. :-) The real reason for this post is to Brag on my Girl Brittany-Office Manager. She is PHENOMENAL, to say the least. If she isn't in the office, please just let me reschedule and stay at home. Brittany is the Absolute Best young lady that Dr. Oppong has EVER had on his team!! If you haven't had the opportunity to be cared for by her, you have truly Missed out!! Brittany is so caring, pleasant, loving, warm and kind-hearted, respectful, understanding, cheerful. compassionate, knowledgeable, personable....she is INNOVATIVE!! In conclusion, if you haven't had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with Brittany, you need to call RIGHT NOW...YES RIGHT NOW and schedule an appointment. She will make you forget about the reason you came to INNOVATIVE PAIN SOLUTIONS, you'll forget about your pain, even if only momentarily. PS....tell them Steph referred you!!"
