"The brace I was given to support my arm was very helpful, and the X-rays were taken efficiently and professionally. I felt confident that, from a technical standpoint, my arm likely heal well. That said, I was very disappointed with my visit to Dr. Pervaiz to his bedside manner. I arrived already injured and vulnerable, and the visit felt rushed and impersonal. The appointment began with a PA who reviewed my X-rays without clearly explaining who they were or whether Dr. Parviz would be seeing me. I had to ask multiple times if Dr. Pervaiz would be coming in, and I was told that he would. When Dr. Pervaiz , instead of reviewing my case, he immediately asked what the PA had told me. When I tried to explain and introduce myself, he cut me off. The interaction felt abrupt, rushed, and completely lacking empathy. I did not feel properly examined or heard. I am not someone who typically complains--this is the first negative review I have ever written for a physician. I generally tolerate a lot, but the lack of basic human empathy and clear communication during this visit was not acceptable to me. I chose not to continue care and requested to see a different doctor."

"For now 5 Stars. I went to see Dr. Peraiz for right shoulder pain. I had surgery 2 times. Once to clean it out and once for an implant. Xrays were taken, then I was seen by the PA (John Strawley). After the exam, I was prescribed a blood test to rule out infection and a CT scan. The blood test was negative and the scan is scheduled for Friday 12/26. I have follow up 01/02/202 to discuss the findings. At least the testing will define the problem. So all is good. My only concern is I did not meet Dr. Pervaiz on this visit and do not expect to see on the 01/02/2026 visit. I am seeing Dr. Pervaiz because he did a reverse shoulder on my wife and worked out very well. And, hope for the same results."

"Dr. Pervaiz is an awesome surgeon! His skills as a surgeon were paramount in correcting my injury. He gave me back use of my hand. I shattered my wrist the week before Xmas. Dr. Pervaiz has been very attentive through my recovery. I would highly recommend him."

"POOR My PCP told me I needed a Cortisone shot. From the 1st phone call to to the visit I was lied to or ignored. I told them I was there for a cortisone shot and not a single person told me their practice didn't provide that therapy. IT WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. The only people that benefited from my visit was the Dr. For doing an exam on someone he couldn't treat as per my PCP order. At the end of the exam Dr. Khurram Pervaiz said I need a cortisone shot and should see his Associate who wasn't available for a month. This office acted like a BAIT and switch SCAM but that's just my opinion"

"Was very happy with my intial care with him, although i did not actually meet him in person until day of surgery. 1 yr post-op the practice seems like it was pushing me out the door once I was complaining about a few concerns I had before my release of care. Likey because of workers comp or arrogant egos!"
