"One star for initially scheduling and then two minutes later calling to cancel an Ob/gyn pre-natal appointment because "the doctor prefers not to see patients until around 10-12 weeks." I explained that I have special circumstances for which I'd like to see a medical professional, and that if the doctor isn't available, I'd be very happy to see a P.A. (Catrina Cerasani is wonderful and very helpful!) but even though appointments were available, I was told I could not have one! I've enjoyed communicating with the very kind nurses and front desk specialists, but being refused an appointment (as a current patient, not even a new one!) despite expressing a medical need is rude and professionally inexcusable. I've already found another Ob/gyn and have a scheduled appointment for next week!"
