"I had a great experience at therapy with Life bridge Health physical Therapy. . I had a very long recovery process and the staff was so attentive. They varied my sessions so i worked with many of the staff . Each time i had a different therapist i though this one was the best, i soon realized i was saying that about all of them. They were professional , and caring . They all showed genuine interest in my care . I needed to be assisted by two people to get out of my car the very first time i went to the location . My husband needed to go in the building to get someone to physically assist me , now i hop out and do my daily routine with ease. They listen, if i had pain they made adjustments. I got great advice for home maintenance . I hope not to need therapy again any time soon , but if I do they would be my number one choice."

Her evaluation of my range of motion was very thorough, and she applied heat along with some gentle massage to my arm and hand to help me obtain flexibility before beginning the exercises.
