"It is understandable to have a wait in a doctor office. Especially large clinics. However, Dr. Hossack operates out of a small specialty clinic. There is absolutely no reason for a wait over two hours long. I spoke with the manager who couldn't provide much more than a shoulder shrug as an explanation. I then called the Sr. Operations Manager who wouldn't answer the phone (of course). It is unacceptable to have ppl sit and wait for these periods of time."
