Testimonials
"Dr Kadow confirmed my resent PSA. level hadn't changed. That was good! He. also had me schedule a scan of my kidney stones. We will see what that shows."
"I came to this place for the first time thinking it was going to be a great place to come to but I was wrong when I got evaluated the person that did it was great. I felt comfortable and she knew exactly what she was doing but when she wasn't there she passed me to someone else which didn't know what they was doing even when she left notes for them. They didn't care one bit if I was to have finished out my therapy for that day or any other day so I lost money out of my pocket which I'm not happy about and I will never recommend this place to anybody I know. And of course I'm still not feeling better but out of all that money. So I guess they was about trying to get what they can get from the insurance company also and don't care anything about the patience."
"This used to be a great facility. Now they are blocking medicaid recipients from using the mychart app to make appointments and no longer providing necessary vaccines to children under medicaid either all because of money owed by medicaid in the millions. This is not patients fault. At least advise patients of changes in advance."
"This was my first time at this location & masks are still needed & there are social distancing in place in terms of were u sit as some chairs are marked W/stickers. The facility was clean they even have a large air purifier in the front lobby area. Hours of operation appear 2 be convenient & there was minimal wait time. One side is medical care & the other is PT/rehabilitation. The staff was friendly @ ck in w/ plexiglass at the counter. The doctor I was there to see Dr. Rasir Shahab was pleasant and knowledgeable & I didn't feel rushed and all other staff were nice as well."
"Horrible customer service. The phone system is absolutely ridiculous. You get transferred around for hours with no resolution. Nobody knows anything about hours of operation or how to get a hold of other departments. I absolutely love my physician but it's not worth it anymore to deal with terrible service and treatments by all other departments"
"Terrible company. They would rather you kill yourself then find help with your mental health. Your insurance can tell you who's in network just for them to tell you that you're not important enough to be seen. What an embarrassment of a company"
"Physical Therapist Sara Griffin is great. The center itself is very nice and my appointments have gone smoothly."
"I was turned away Saturday because I did not have an appointment and my child's condition "was not urgent enough to be seen as a walk-in." I took her across the street to Edward Immediate Care where she was seen immediately and diagnosed with pneumonia."
