"I definitely have to say that this therapy practice is... If not the best one of the best physical therapy offices I've been to on Staten Island. My main Doctor Dr Siri, hands down, has been a crucial element for me to have come this far. Needless to say my vertigo is gone. She is the most professional, soft-spoken and extremely extremely knowledgeable and about the body and what it needs or what it takes to alleviate any pain and/or symptoms. I like the fact she doesn't sugarcoat anything but she says it in a most professional way and most detailed so that you'd leave their understanding what they're going to do and what you must do to help yourself. She already was able to tell me things that I would later on find out to be true, from My original doctor's office. She is beyond measure a doctor that I say has golden hands. From the vertigo to a twisted ankle she was my main source of pain management. She is extremely extremely knowledgeable in Vestibular Therapy to which until I got vertigo I had no idea that vestibular therapy was a thing? Her techniques are very light but, very laser focused and significant in that she gets to the core of the problem right away. The staff at this facility are all very professional and very caring. Willing to help each other out when they need. There are very intuned to what the patient is experiencing and how to deal with it quickly and concisely. From making the appointments or unfortunately having to cancel and reschedule they are very professional and understanding. I would definitely give Richmond physical therapy 10 stars if I could."
