"Had an absolutely amazing experience at the Equinox Spa. I chose the booster shot by mistake but Peter (the RN) was very patient and courteous. He explained and recommended the best IV drip according to my needs. He was also very gentle and careful while administering the needle as I absolutely hate needles but I could barely feel anything as he was super careful and very professional. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend it as you get to enjoy the facilities and relax while getting the drip and enjoy the stunning views of the river"

"I had an IV drip and then returned to the locker room to change and discovered a grimy, dirty looking dog sprawled on the floor. I complained but the staff told me service dogs are allowed. This dog was very obviously no service dog. Horrible policy and experience and standards. I don't want to come back."
