"In February 2025, I ran my first marathon and badly injured my knee. However I was already signed up for the Chicago marathon in October. In July I was still having trouble running, squatting, jumping and worried I wouldn't be able to finish the Chicago Marathon. That's when I started working with Alex at the Logan Square Athletico! Alex and I worked really hard together to get me ready for the race. She set realistic expectations, made me a personalized strength and running plan, analyzed and helped improve my running gait and efficiency, and taught me all about the muscle groups I needed to strengthen in order to prevent further damage. I learned so much this summer and had fun doing it. Alex creates a safe and encouraging environment. The whole clinic is fantastic and I can't recommend this team enough! The Chicago marathon this year was one of the best days of my life and I know I wouldn't have crossed that finish line without Alex."

"My experience here was great, and I had great results working with Daniel on shoulder pain that had started getting in the way of my daily functioning. The pain was significantly reduced within a couple of weeks, after a preliminary examination and manipulation and exercises that I did there and at home, and we spent several more months working on identifying the cause of the minor pain that remained. Daniel was very thorough about checking in on my progress each week and listening carefully to what I was experiencing in order to isolate the problem, and in the end I returned to full function. It's been a month or two since I ended PT and I've continued to do my exercises at home and am very satisfied to have a pain-free shoulder. In addition to the great outcome physically, it was a pleasure working with Daniel and everyone at the location. They're a really friendly and great group of people and it's clear they enjoy working with each other and with their wide variety of clients. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, and as happy as I am to be done with PT, I do miss getting to see them all."
