"I had a crush break to three fingers, two on the right and one on the left. I wasn't able to start therapy when I should have. And then had therapy that wasn't seeming to help much. Worried that I would not regain full use of my hands again. I met Colin at the Fair Oaks location. He was always positive and upbeat, determined to get me back to normal. His work is amazing. I can do more now than I thought might be possible. And we are still pushing for like before. As a master carpenter, I have always valued my hands like an artist. I am so very thankful to have met him and benefited from his great work. All of their staff has been so pleasant and nice to talk to, work with. "The first time I called and it was on a Friday. Joey picked up my call and immediately addressed my concern. He is very professional and kind enough to tell me that they are fully booked to schedule my husband's appointment that Friday. I asked for referral and he gave me 3 places. While I was calling he is trying to get in touch with me, telling me that all of a sudden they have a cancellation the same day. He booked my husband's physical therapy to start the same day. He has series of appointments now and I can tell it is definitely helping him little by little considering he has been in pain from left hip all the way down to a point that I need to put him on a wheelchair. That said I'd like to thank Joey for the support, empathy and for the immediate help given to us the same day. All employees here are very professional, helpful and accommodating to each and everyone's concern. Ares at the front in reception was always so amazingly helpful and friendly when scheduling a rescheduling appointments. My hand is so much better than it was before my surgery. Also, the reception team is fantastic!
