Testimonials
"I had pain in my right hip since April. In July I went to an orthopedic doctor that said I had a soft tissue issue and did not need surgery. My primary care recommended I get Physical Therapy. I chose Amity Physical Therapy in Milford based on recommendations from friends and family. I started at the end of October and met with Anthony to be evaluated. He was very thorough and came up with a program that included manual therapy, therapeutic exercises and home excercises to strengthen my back and hip. I worked with both Anthony and Sabrina who were both excellent therapists and very easy to work with. The PT assistants were also very helpful. I completed my therapy at the end of January. I am now doing weight training on the fitness side with Frankie to continue strengthening my hip and back. He is an excellent personal trainer. I am enjoying getting stronger everyday."
"I came to Amity Physical Therapy with a torn patellar tendon and honestly didn't know what to expect. From day one Sabrina and Tony, the entire team (Frankie, Lindsey, Grace, Abby) was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly supportive. They took the time to explain every exercise, adjusted my program as I progressed, and always made sure I was pushing safely--not recklessly. Thanks to their expertise and encouragement, I regained strength, mobility, and confidence in my knee that I didn't think I'd get back this soon. Every session felt purposeful, and I always left feeling stronger than when I walked in. I'm beyond grateful for the care I received for the last 6 months and would highly recommend Amity Physical Therapy to anyone recovering from an injury."
"I started PT at this facility in November. The staff was always helpful, whether it was rescheduling an appointment or answering any number of questions I had. I made great strides in the my mobility and when I stopped attending, I was sent home with exercises that would continue to aid me. Highly recommend them!!"
