"Dr Ruland is a doctor to be trusted. About 8 yrs ago my husband had visited 2 other reputable orthopedic drs but they couldn't come up with a reason as to why his shoulder was hurting. One visit with Dr Ruland and he told us what he felt his problem was and after some testing his diagnosis was proven correct.
