"On December 22, 2025, I was brought to the hospital by ambulance with severe lower abdominal and back pain. From arrival, I received prompt and attentive care. I was fortunate to have an amazing nurse named Jailene M. who came in and started my IV effortlessly she found my vein immediately, and you could truly tell she knew exactly what she was doing she was so welcoming and kind. shortly after Dr. Schreiber came in and was compassionate, thorough, and quickly assessed my condition. He provided pain management and ordered an MRI to confirm the diagnosis. Best Doctor I have encountered in this hospital! During my wait, I had the pleasure to be attended by Nurse Ivis G. Which ensured I was comfortable and well cared for she was wonderful.Despite the pain I was experiencing, the team made my visit to Palisades Hospital a positive one. I was discharged pain free and well informed about my diagnosis of a kidney stone. I am very grateful for their professionalism and excellent care. The Hospital has definitely upgraded not just their Facility but their staff as well because it's so welcoming now."

He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before the procedure.
