"If you need physical therapy, I STRONGLY recommend Pivot! I have chronic back issues, and even in my early 30s, have spent considerable time in physical therapy with several different PTs. Because of this experience, I've gotten to pick up on treatment approaches that I like and I'm very picky with finding a good PT match. After experiencing a significant lower back flare up, I came to Pivot and was matched with Erin. Erin is amazing at both levels that I find important in PT care. First, she is extremely knowledgeable. She had a plan (which proved to be effective) and answered my daily, numerous questions in an accessible manner. Second, she was a joy to work with. She has an incredibly upbeat attitude and was fun to converse with while receiving treatment. This positivity is reflected in the clinic as a whole. Everyone I interacted with, including the front desk, other PTs, and assistants, were lovely to talk with. As a bonus, Pivot has engaging question of the week prompts that are fun to work with.
