"Horrible service, period. The receptionists have little to no knowledge on good service and don't even interact with patients well. My moms appointment was at 12:30. We went an hour earlier and we were taken to the room at 2:15 pm... Utter disregard for patient's time My mom couldn't go to work. Neither did dad. My whole day was spent there trying to get my mother to be seen. We finally couldn't wait anymore We left at 3:30 pm without being seen. Physicians really need to account for their patients lifestyle, demographics and more when taking the oath to care for them. He might be a good physician to be truthful. But he does not provide good service. I hope this post at least prepares you for the service you'll receive when you go. And I truly hope it's better."

"I am truly grateful to Dr Gopal for helping with the pain management that allow me to enjoy life a bit more without all this pain. But the receptionist, and call center staff need to be trained. They are rude, unprofessional and went you all to speak with the manager they ignore you and make your wait till you just want to leave and not be bother. The aesthetician is the best of the best. If staff would take customer/ people service training from him it would greatly improve the experience."
