"I'm a new patient of Dr. Twigg and was referred by a surgeon at Mercy. I had a consult about a month ago and had an epidural this morning. Did my best to hide it but I was nervous, someone was about to insert a sharp piece of metal into my spine. His staff was incredibly kind, and Dr. Twigg has great bedside manor, he explained every part of the process and what I could expect to feel and he was spot on. Was literally painless and a great experience. Looking forward to some relief in the next few days when the medicine begins to work. Thanks again to Dr. Twigg and his AWESOME staff!!"

"I have been going to Dr Collins for over 20 yrs. He has worked on my knees, shoulders,hips and back. Im a physical disaster,but he has done miracles working with me. I'm a 100% disabled veteran and he and his staff our great with me.I have referred many friends who have had a positive experience. Just wanted to give a shout out to all his staff and him. "Dr. Collins put me in the ER due to HIS mistake. Dr Collins recommended an epidural cortizone shot in my back due to chronic back pain. He ended up putting the needle in to far, and gave me a slow spinal leak. I ended up in the hospital in Montana while on vacation 7 days later due to horrendous nausea, vomiting and migraines because of the spinal leak. When I called and told Dr Collins my symptoms he said " oh I must have gone to far" and that I needed to go to the ER to fix HIS mistake. The ER doctor told me that Collins should have had me lay down for 60 mins after the injection. He did not, they had me leave the office 10 minutes later and that's why the leak happened. Absolute incompetency and I wish I had sued them at the time. Go anywhere else but here!!"

"What a horrendous experience with Dr. Collins at Maryland Spine and Sports Medicine. My son and I waited for almost an hour past our appointment time and instead of being apologetic (like normal people) first comment from Dr. Collins as he walks in: "My time is very valuable" to which I responded everybody's time is valuable and his response, you can leave if you want to - this is the 30 sec conversation with Dr Collins. off course my son and I left immediately. The pompous arrogance he exudes is unbelievable. If this is how he interacts with patients I can only imagine how he would treat them. Good learning experience for my son about pompousness, arrogance and God complex."

"Similar to everyone else's experience, Dr. Collins was seemingly angry he had to see me the entire time that I was there. Completely indifferent to the pain I'm in and my request to get a mri on my shoulder. Then made bitterly sarcastic remarks at the end of the appointment about the amount of doctors I had seen to date. I'm here because I'm in pain and would like to make sure I know why, not to get demeaned by a curmudgeon that hates their job."

"Easy to make appointments. Friendly staff. Dr. Brill advised an MRI, diagnosed me correctly and suggested a new-ish procedure to help me. It was easy to see he cared about me getting back to my regular activities without pain. It worked! I'm currently over a month post procedure and I feel great!!! I'm so appreciative of his easy going temperament, straight forward approach and his concern for my happiness--without pain!! Thank you to the whole staff and to Dr. Brill for helping me."

"Had an appointment today and they insist you show up 1/2 hour prior for check-in. 1/2 hour past my appointment time I'm told, sorry the Dr. is running late. He's not even in the building. I walked out. I'm driving from almost an hour away, not to mention the drive for consultation weeks prior to the actual appointment. This was to be my 3rd epidural. The last one worked for a good 3 months, the first one, nothing."

"A herniated disc at L4-L5 had me in unbearable pain. I was given the referral on a Thursday morning and they squeezed me in that afternoon. Dr. Collins and his staff are professional and caring. I am no longer in pain and would recommend them."
