"I'm a new patient at the Alexandria location and so far it's been easy to get my appointments scheduled and Erica is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She makes me want to work harder at my exercises."

"good clinical staff. But difficult to get appointment. This was my 3rd time coming back. I've been seeing at this location each time for about 1.5 months. My last appointment with them was about 2-3 months ago, however, I was told that I need to get reinstated as a new patient and the wait time for an appointment for "new patients" were about 2-3 weeks out. I scheduled my appointment, but then they reached out to me the week before because they needed to change my appointment times. I agreed, but had to tell them after 2 days that the new time wouldn't work. They want me to wait another couple of weeks for a new appointment. This is ridiculous. I feel like I'm being singled out because of my insurance. The receptionist that spoke to me on the phone didn't offer a reasonable solution. Her tone was cold and distant. I'm extremely disappointed with the service that I received. As someone that works in the medical field, I think that there is a lot to improve at this location."

I recently had a hip surgery Aaron is my therapist he cares for his all patient he listen to all of my concerns and addressed any pain I have. He gave me exercises to do at home and always followed up with me. I always seen right away, hardly ever had to wait. My therapist Aaron, (Richmond Highway location) is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, patient, compassionate and is a wonderful listener. His knowledge is obviously extensive, and techniques gentle but effective. He is always mindful to avoid causing pain during the rehab exercises.
