"Extremely unhelpful person that answers the phone. I called to make an appointment at my neurosurgeons recommendation to have spinal decompression due to a severe herniated disc that's causing severe pain. The rude receptionist stated they don't have any openings until April for a new patient. I do understand this as I'm a nurse myself. When I asked if she knew anyone in the area that may be able to help me faster she stated "I don't know anyone". I call BS. We as medical professionals always suggest a back up if we cannot help the patient. Or at least offer a waiting list, talk to the provider, SOMETHING! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND"
