"I broke my ankle and completely detached a ligament. I did traditional PT, but the pain continued with an added bonus of excruciating heel pain (plantar fascitis) every time I stood up. Sam came up with a comprehensive program that included manual manipulation, acupuncture, laser therapy and exercises I do at home. The heel pain is almost completely gone (II forgot about it!) and my ankle is getting stronger and mobility is improving. Does it feel good when he's doing it? Not really. Do I feel great after he's done? Absolutely. Sam is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I highly recommend him for any chronic pain and sport goals.
