"My husband and I booked appointments online using Zocdoc. We were prompted to call the office which we did. My husband was told everything was good and that our appointments were set. We woke up early, travelled for an hour, and my husband missed work for a Saturday appointment. When we got to the office, the waiting room had way too many people inside and absolutely no COVID precautions were taken. There is no privacy and way too many beds in what looks like a public gym. We were taken to an area to fill out a ridiculous amount of redundant paper work where you write your address and name like 40 times and get asked the same questions. To make matters worse, after filling out the paper work we were told the doctor was not seeing new patients and we would have to reschedule. They made no attempt to accommodate us and even lied saying they left messages. My husband literally called and someone verified his information but they had to wait until we wasted all that time to be told that the appointments we made were basically not valid? Super unorganized and unprofessional."
