"I wish I could give a 21/2 star. The front desk & Dr Hyde are great. I had to stop going because the office was just too far from my home (over an hour each way). I did about 6 visits. The disappointment & frustration come in because I was told to open a credit card and was promptly charged $4500 plus my insurance was charged. After I stopped going I reached out to see how I go about either getting the $4500 charged to card adjusted or a refund of part of the charges. I don't think the visits I went would add up to $4500. For almost 2 months I have been asking about the charges and also asking for an itemized bill to see what exactly was charged and where. Over these almost 2 months I have sent weekly emails, called a couple times, & even sent two messages. Nothing has been resolved & I regret even going at all. I have a child starting college, my husband's work van needed a new transmission so a return of whatever portion of the $4500 wasn't used would help my family but instead I'm being totally ignored."

"I highly recommend Dr Rick. He is helping me with my cervical disc issue for a couple weeks now that I've had and he always knows how to ease the pain with traction/adjustments while I also get injections. At first, I was in so much pain that I decided to try my first chiro session with him weeks ago and I was amazed. I felt like I could walk again. With anything, it does take time to heal and be patient but has made me feel like myself again. I also have a better understanding about spinal health and how it truly is the center of everything. "I injured my back pretty bad at work, the first thing I did when the pain was getting bad was go to a pain clinic . Received 2 shots from them that didn't do anything. Since the shots didn't work they did not want to see me any more . Then I went to my primary doctor, he took an xray an gave me some pain killers and suggested I see a spine specialist . He said could be fractures and said to take time off from work and rest so meanwhile I'm walking around with a constant pain level of 5 to 6 and sick to my stomach from taking pain pills. .all this took place over a years time.
