X-ray tech was courteous and efficient; as well as knowing just how to pose me. Doctor did a very quick physical exam on my knee and quickly ruled out several things. X-rays showed I need a replacement knee (which I actually already had been told the past few years). That will be happening soon, and Dr. Karlsson will be doing it."
