Testimonials

Yasmin Dwedar

"This is the first time I've had to do physical therapy and I really wish I would've come sooner! So far, all the staff members I met were wonderful. They don't seem money/insurance hungry, which some medical/dental practices can be. I've worked with 3 therapists--Nabeel, Heba, and Gamal (whom the majority of my sessions are with). Each was very thoughtful in trying to pinpoint the underlying issues, what exercises/changes I needed to make for improvement, and come up with a treatment plan. I had gone to a pain management practice that recommended I wear a back brace all the time except when sleeping, which I started to do, but I showed them what I was using and they gave me more detailed and thorough advice, and warned against wearing all the time or my muscles may fall week (this is why you always need to ask around and get a second opinion). I like physical therapy--the massages are great, the machines for treatment are great, and I like the aqua massage you get as a treat at the end. I have a very sedentary job, so this forces me to get in a regular amount of exercise/stretch and I'm trying to incorporate regular yoga as well. I try to do the exercises they recommend at home as well (since it's a part of getting better). I will admit, there are times the massages and exercises feel painful, but it's a part of the process and you can work with them on that. I tolerate the pain for the most part because sometimes you just need to bite the bullet to get closer to your end goal sooner. I really like that the staff are friendly, kind, and caring. Overall wonderful experience and I really enjoy going to this physical therapy space."

"Today was my second visit and it was good, only complain is that I wish they have some sort of a bell or a ring inside each room to alert the doctor to come to you when you need him, because sometimes you have the electric impulse machine on your back along with the heating pad and you need to adjust the intensity of the impulses or the heat up or down but the doctor is taking care of other patients and can't hear you when you call him and you gotta keep shouting loudly for him or the staff to hear and come to you. Other than that everything is good"

"I used to get physical therapy here. They have a machine you can go in that relaxes your muscles."
