"What a breath of fresh air to find a doctor in this day and age who actually cares about his patients. A lot of medical personnel I have encountered in the last couple years have been only focused on getting you in and out and giving you a prescription to yet another drug or referral to a specialist. Dr. Bauer and his staff are welcoming, friendly, kind and professional. I have been going to West Chicago Family Chiropractic for a few months now for lower back pain and chiropractic maintenance. Recently I had an injury which required immediate treatment and they were able to get me in within an hour of my contacting the office for evaluation and treatment to address the pain. "Not military friendly. I walked in this evening to inquiry about military pricing since Tricare does not cover chiropractic. Price is $56. Call around if military, other local chiropractors charge $30 for military and veterans. Also, the front desk attendant was quite rude and dismissive when I told her my insurance wouldn't cover it. I am disappointed because it looks nice and I have been waiting a few months to havv e time to go in annd ask about military."
