"By far the best pain doctor I've taken my father to. Very knowledgeable, nicest person , very caring as well. He was very helpful and patient I wish all doctors were the same . Very pleasant visit for our first time here. Highly recommend him."
"This office was amazing! Jasmine was so sweet and understanding! Dr.Diesfeld was my doctor and he loves helping his patients! I thought i would be in pain forever, but thanks to him and his staff, walked out pain free with a plan to move forward. Thank you guys!"
"Dr. Diesfield is a wonderful pain doctor. He doesn't rush through your visit & he actually listens to your concerns. The nursing staff is great also. My nurse today was Jasmine & she has a beautiful spirit. "
"Dr Diesfeld was so upbeat, kind and caring. All of his staff including the medical student helping him were all truly kind and helpful."
"After 14 years suffering in pain going to 7 different doctors (none of them could find the problem) I finally met Dr. Diesfeld- he said he would help me figure it out which we finally did. I have multiple pain issues that he helps me with, through medication & different therapies/solutions. He never makes me feel rushed and listens to me. He is very knowledgeable & keeps me aware of meds that have long term side effects, as well as other meds that might be better for long term use. The staff is laid back & friendly. They also incorporate medicinal cannabis/CBD for pain as well. I appreciate the laid back atmosphere & professionalism that I receive here & recommend highly "
"Got into a car crash at 4:00 am and did not even receive an x-ray or any medical attention until 8:00 AM. I got brought up to get an x-ray by a lady who could care less that I was in pain standing only to find out they were not ready, brought me back down and did not say another word to me. Had to complain to front desk 4 times before they took action. No one had the right patient information and kept asking me to sign a waiver 3 times. The hospitality industry has more professionalism than this."
"I went to this clinic in late August, and after being made fun of by the nurses (my native Spanish speaker partner overheard them call me inutil, or useless for forgetting my ID) had what initially felt like a productive meeting with Dr. Diesfeld. He recommended a list of potential medications he could prescribe, and sent them to my PCP. My PCP received the list, but none were within his specialty to prescribe himself. I called back and forth for over a month, having the staff gatekeep, and finally getting ahold of Dr. Diesfeld to figure out a solution and way to prescribe the medication. I explained the problems I ran into getting HIS recommended medications prescribed, and also his staff making cruel jokes at my expense. He informed me it was likely because the nurses saw alcohol in my urine. He told me I "pissed straight vodka into the cup."I reminded him I drank the night before and no other night that month. He deflected and promised to talk to my PCP. He called my PCP, (lied about previously trying to reach out to his clinic according to my PCP) and when my PCP asked Dr. Diesfeld why I hadn't received treatment over a month in a half after an appointment for my un-managed chronic pain, which has been ruining my life? He said he made it clear to me he wasn't treating me due to my substance issues, citing marijuana and alcohol in my urine. During the appointment he notably agreed marijuana shouldn't be considered substance abuse in the way I was using it, nor did he raise any concern when I told him I will drink one or two beers sometimes, or especially the night before. My PCP even vouched for my substance use, or rather that it was irrelevant to treating me, and that nothing was pointing to me being an addict. After speaking with my doctor, he called me, and attempted to re-contextualize everything he told my doctor. Between Dr. Diesfeld and my PCP, I am trusting the one that doesn't typecast me as a drug seeking doctor hopper. If you have to go to this clinic, make sure you cleanse yourself of any substance they deem offensive, legal or not, come with everything necessary, and look as proper and clean cut as you can, or you should languish in their eyes."
"This place is very unprofessional.! I was referred to them by the E.R. I went looking for questions about my ankle, I was instantly given a pain injection, they last maybe a few days. I was given no explanation as to what was wrong with my ankle no referral to the podiatrist. When I came back for a scheduled appointment I wasn't even seen by the doctor. I arrived 15 minutes early and waited 40 minutes no doctor. Rescheduled my appt for the following week arrived 15 early, there was no one at the receptionist desk to great me nor check me in until my appointment time. The doctor ran late again and I wasn't able to be seen. I have reached out to upper management and I'm requesting a call back. They have really strict late arrival and no shows fees in place but will make you wait an hour to see the doctor."
