"This organization is very unprofessional. Not only did I get billed blindly when I wasn't the client, my children were, the therapist was unresponsive when one of said children was in crisis. I kept sending emails. Ultimately, I tried to reschedule due to having COVID and it was an issue with their portal (yet again) and he got annoyed by me asking about the link. I spoke with the CEO and she was very confrontational. Didn't want to hear my side and said I just complained about everything. Even stating no one will put up with me! Told me she was a therapist herself and didn't believe what I was saying. Very unprofessional. Argued me down. I would NOT recommend to anyone this has been a NIGHTMARE!!!"

"I wish I had read the reviews before I tried to meet with Lula Heatley of Tru-Integrity. I found her through 'Alma' and a virtual session was set up. She never called. I then called the office directly. She said she sometimes forget to check for those sessions. We made an in-person office appointment. I sat there for close to 30 minutes after the time of my session was due to start and told the receptionist that I would have to leave. Ms. Heatley was with her previous client. Ms. Heatley did call and reschedule. She blamed the mishap on the receptionist not notifying her that I was there. Well I went to the next scheduled meeting and no one was there. That was strike 3 for me. I'm done. Trying to warn others not to waste their time."
