"I had a great experience at Athletico while being treated for a hip flexor injury. From the start, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely supportive. The physical therapists took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my treatment plan clearly, and tailor exercises specifically to my injury and goals. "I came here for PT for several weeks and had an amazing experience. Not only were the PTs very knowledgeable to help me with my back pain, the entire environment was very pleasant to be in. "I had a great experience with the whole team at Pilsen Athletico! I tore my ACL in a rec league basketball game, and was told by my surgeon to find a PT for "prehab" before surgery. I chose this location because it was close to where I live, but am so grateful that I did! Karelia, Mara, and Melissa were attentive to my needs and goals throughout the entire recovery process. Karelia (as my lead-PT in particular) understood my goals of returning to recreational sports, and rather than releasing me when I was able to resume everyday activities, pushed me for nearly 11 months post-op to continue progressing to where I am now. I often referred to her as my "personal trainer" because of how good of a workout I was getting in each session! As a former college athlete, I was so grateful for this - I never felt like I was wasting time or money because of the attentive care I was getting. I truly can't say enough about the level of care and genuinely good people at this location - Karelia, Melissa, Mara, Hillary, and Yuri were truly a joy to see every week, even for those dreaded early morning appointments :) Highly recommend!"
