Testimonials

Barry Perlin

"The physical therapy group @ Rush-Professional Building are outstanding. They were specifically selected because of their expertise in rehabilitating vertigo. My therapist Hetal is excellent, very observant, and adjust and recommends exercises unique to my personal needs."

Helen Veeder

"The therapists were amazing, kind and knowledgeable. The policy of dumping someone off after three misses is very harsh. I have intestinal difficulties that occur from time to time and I have been dropped twice. I always call and cancel but it doesn't matter. I'm in pain again because I lost my therapy. Very disappointing."

Nancy Gonzalez

"I got late to my first PT appointment due to my ride but my pt did see me for 30 mins. So i give 5 to my pt Miguel DePeralta. I don't like the receptionist that was scheduling my appointments bad review because i told her i won't be here on January 2 she didn't listen to me.so i came back at 5pm so different receptionist she did help me to reschedule my appointment 5 to her."

V

"Good morning, I had my 1st Physical Therapy appointment with Rachel Kirkolis. We did a few exercises, she examined some parts on my body, in which is restricting my movement in that area, and pinpointed the reason for my injury. I got kind of emotional, because it's been a long journey for me. I am looking forward to my next appointment with Rachel. I will be posting again."

Nakia Scott

"The staff was such a delight and very polite from the receptionist to the therapist. I could feel the warmth in the atmosphere. Great place."

Matt

"Made an appointment, completed paperwork online, arrived early as requested. Waited nearly 1 hour past my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME before leaving without being seen. Completely unacceptable. Find another physical therapy place as there's a TON of better options nearby, that's what I'm doing after wasting almost 2 hours of my time in total."

Anita Porter

"I"m extremely pleased with the thorough review of the problem and the course of action that will be taken to resolve. Taylor explained to the" T"""

"Front desk staff ill equipped and untrained. As a result, my bills are not properly being processed. I've also experienced other issues with this group, not the therapists, whom are great, but things such as appointments mysteriously being cancelled and so on. I likely would find another PT place to go if you can."
