Testimonials

Tetyana Lopatyuk

"I arrived for the procedure half an hour before the start. At the reception, they confirmed my appointment, told me to sign up on paper and wait. I waited for two hours, and when I asked when my procedure would finally take place, they told me that I didn't show up for the appointment and I needed to go to another building. The reception staff is absolutely incompetent, inattentive to patients and irresponsible."

"Excellent service. Dr. G. is amazing! He explained everything I saw on my X-rays, answered all my questions, and referred me to physical therapy. The staff was very friendly. Note: The parking lot was full, and finding a spot was difficult. Arrive well in advance to avoid missing your appointment."

"I am more than happy to provide this review for Dr. Kodgis and his team. They were organized and efficient, they showed concern about my in and out procedure. I am especially grateful to his RN who informed me of what to expect, as well as the RN who over saw the procedure, she provided oral and written instructions. They work well together. Thank You all for your kindness and professionalism. Sincerely, Ms. P. McDonald"

"I would like to share this experience to encourage patients and families to be proactive about their medical care. It is very important to clearly communicate your full medical history at every visit and to ask questions, as providers may not always review all details thoroughly. My mother saw an orthopedic doctor for fractures of her 4th and 5th metacarpals. The initial visit lasted only a few minutes. After this single brief appointment, the physician scheduled a follow-up two weeks later. However, before that follow-up even occurred, surgery was scheduled for Right Endoscopic Carpal Tunnel Release and Right Cubital Tunnel Release--without any discussion with us or explanation as to why these procedures were necessary. To this day, we have not received a clear explanation from the doctor regarding the need for these surgeries. Despite this, we continue to receive calls for pre-surgical screening. Had we not carefully reviewed the scheduling details, the surgery could have proceeded without our informed consent. I strongly advise patients to ask questions, request clear explanations, and seek second opinions when appropriate. Do not assume that every scheduled procedure is necessary without fully understanding the rationale behind it."

"Had a virtual appointment January 19. Was never connected which means never had this appointment It was after having a hip replacement! Noone still hasn't responded. This is very disappointing to me. Otherwise I Wouldn't complain about my in patient care after the surgery which was a 2day stay after surgery done on January 9 2026"

"Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and on-time. Here's my concern. I had a ganglion cyst surgery a couple weeks ago and went there to get my stitches taken out. Which was done. But from the conversation it sounded like I didn't need the bandage I had put in and should have been doing finger exercises. But a week before that I got a call asking how I was doing and I pointed out that I had changed the bandage and the person got upset. Apparently I should have kept the original bandage on. I stated that the original bandage got stuck in a glove so I had no choice but to change it. I also took a picture and sent it to the doctor who said everything looked fine. In addition I had to wash my hands before making a meal and the bandage got wet. The point being that what the doctor/assistant are saying is not matching what the person I was speaking to on the phone call is saving. And didn't know about any finger exercises until Friday (which from a resent search should have started earlier)."
