"I had a great experience with the therapists and staff at Athletico Washington Park and have already been recommending them to friends and family! Everyone there is welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they all care about how you are doing and are progressing. They treated me and all their other clients very respectfully. They keep the facility and equipment very clean and are easy to book appointments with. There's a big parking lot at this location too."

"Highly professional set up on 53rd St and State St. I was assigned to Craig [with one time due to scheduling, Jay]. Craig O. is efficient, detailed [always ensured he was behind me with my belt on during floor exercises], and very professional. He's polite and cordial and also no-nonsense as he's whipped me into shape from ataxia/ imbalance and hip problems. It was re-assuring that he explained that weird hip 'pop' I'd get periodically in both medical/anatomicalways and also in a way that I, a lay person, could understand. Staff is great too- Alex is peppy and warm and not 'fake nice' as are Brie and Nico too. Ghanks, Athletico!"

"I had a fantastic experience at the Athletico located within the XS Tennis Village facility. First off, the facility itself is top-notch - super easy to access and a comfortable place to hang out. The staff, both from XS and Athletico, are absolutely wonderful. My main go-to was Robert, but Courtney and Alex were great backups whenever Robert wasn't available at my preferred times. I came in with a shoulder injury, worried about a potential labral tear and frozen shoulder, and bracing myself for a long 2-year recovery journey. However, right after my first chat with Robert, I felt a wave of relief. He was super clear from the get-go, explaining that while he couldn't make any promises, he'd tailor the best possible recovery plan for me. His goal was to help me regain as much range of motion as possible and reduce the pain. My personal goal was pretty straightforward - I wanted to swing a golf club again by summer. Starting my sessions in December, I was thrilled to find myself at over 90% of my original range of motion, pain-free, by April! This progress was thanks to the exercises I did at home and sticking to a schedule of three sessions a week for four months. A huge shoutout to the Athletico PT team at Washington Park - Robert, Courtney, Alex, and Bria. You guys made the past four months a journey of consistent hard work, support, and significant recovery. I'm truly grateful for everything. Thank you!"

"Great place for therapy and work outs. The intake receptionist (marisol) at this Athletico facility is great. It's nice when the therapist pays attention to what's going on with you as an individual and not as a group it makes you want to come back. If you're looking for a great therapist/facility this one is it, you get the whole experience in this little Athletico. The only down side is that it's inside a tennis facility and sometimes that can be a drag (the employees can be a little rude)"
