The Allendale team is knowledgeable, patient, caring and thoughtful. The support staff is friendly, capable and helpful especially in the areas of insurance coverage and billing. The environment is clean, and colorfully decorated, with seasonal themes. The music is upbeat and invigorating, which makes for a very pleasant, quickly moving session. The equipment is top notch and consistently sanitized. You're given a full tutorial on your particular machine's usage, and monitored, with helpful hands and watchful eyes. Each exercise is customized and fully explained. I enjoy my experiences, so much, I don't like to leave, especially after a relaxing massage!!! There's a steady flow of people, who become friends, you look forward to seeing; and your needs are personalized and individually addressed. At the front desk, you're warmly greeted, with the glowing smiles of Lauren and Melissa. Their warmth sets the tone, for a rewarding hour ahead. They strive to answer, any and all insurance and referral questions, as well schedule appointments, and address concerns and/or scheduling conflicts. They excel in everything they do! When it comes to Physical Therapists, Liv, Rita, and Mike, reign supreme!!! I've been fortunate enough to work, with each of them, and it's always wonderful. Their commitment, compassion, dedication, encouragement, excellence, experience, expertise, guidance, knowledge, support, talent, and work ethic are incomparable! They treat their patients, with respect, understanding, and warmth. They became my #1 cheerleaders, inspiring and motivating me, every step of my 'healing' journey!
