"The office is super friendly. On one appointment to the Arlington Heights location which was new for me, I ran over 15 minutes late. the office still encouraged me to come and saw me in a timely manner. The nurse was super friendly and explained things well and a good listener. I went for knee injections of cortisone and gel. They use an ultrasound to look at the knee before injections. That is actually why I went to this office. Later found out this was the same doctor that a friend of mine was telling me was so personable. And yes, Dr. Macrinici is very personable, listens well, and is very assuring. He is sincere and wants the best outcome for his patients. I do recommend him and his office for pain relief."

"I had an MRI last September 2023 then an ALIF (lumbar fusion) by a surgeon who was recommended and has great reviews. My surgery was on 2/6/24 and 3 days after I told my surgeon my pain was intense and different than before. It's been 4 months, the pain is debilitating. I made an appointment to see Dr. Macrinici based on my PT attending a lecture from Doctor over the weekend. I was squeezed in. Doctors staff is exceptional! The first time I've felt welcomed, cared for and HEARD. The staff heard me so I knew Dr. Macrinici would too! When he came in he was reading my chart, MRI & CT I had done earlier this week. We came up with a treatment plan; higher dose muscle relaxer and nerve blocker. 3 times more than the surgeon gave me after surgery. It has been a few weeks since I have had any pain medication/nerve blocker. This appointment made me cry happy tears! I se Dr. Macrinici again Friday for an SI injection. I am thrilled by this doctor and his team! I highly recommend!"
