"The Therapist I saw was Ryan Zimmerman. He was very thorough. The exercises he made me do really helped my condition. He was very professional. By the end of my sessions my pain level was zero ! He printed out the exercises I should continue doing at home and gave me advices of how to maintain good physical balance, posture, in and out of the home. Great job . I definitely recommend the Physical Therapist center at MedStar -Rosedale."

"It feels bad to have to write such a negative review because Dr. Cappelletti and the staff were always amazing while I was there. Unfortunately, I was recommended this location by a lawyer after my car accident and was not aware how expensive it was going to be. The paperwork in the office had my bill totals at a much lower number, but when I got a breakdown from my attorney, the medical bills were 3 times higher. He "negotiated" them down by 50%, but there's no way the care I received costs what was claimed. Next time, I'll go through my own provider and use my doctor's recommendation for care."

When I initially called, I spoked with VANESSA in the insurance dept to verify if they accepted my insurance. She was so PLEASANT & KNOWLEDGEABLE that I scheduled an appt immediately. Dr RYAN CAPPELLETTI and his staff JUSTIN & KRISTEN are EXTREMELY PATIENT, POSITIVE, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE & READY to HELP ASSIST you. TAYLOR @ the front desk, welcomes all with her AWESOME SMILE & UPBEAT PERSONALITY. Everyone at HQ White Marsh takes the EXTRA STEPS to ensure ALL patients get the most out of thier visits. I have osteoporosis & disabled in a wheelchair unable to walk unassisted. I've been to so many places over the years to help me with my ongoing severe back pain & excessively poor posture that I was gettingaggregated because nothing helped. WOW... My first visit with Dr. Ryan C & his staff was such a game changer that everyone noticed a difference in me after completing traction along with the (lite chiropracting due to my osteoporosis) & the physical therapy. My back actually stretched allowing me to stand a little bit straighter & easing the pain. NOW.... After 6 visits I'm walking using a walker. The best is thatI'M ABLE TO WALK ABOUT 10-15 STEPS ((SLOWLY)) UNASSISTED. I'm so grateful that I scheduled my appointments @ White Marsh because my life hasn't been the same since. I'm more independent & able to get around without bothering others for assistance. It's so gratifying being able to live "somewhat" how I did before I became disabled.
