She took the time needed to listen to my reasons for being there and explained why she'd be placing needles in locations other than where my chief complaints were. I'm actually terrified of needles, but with her skillful hands I felt no pain during the needle placement or throughout the duration of the treatments. I always leave her office feeling much better, and overall more relaxed in general. I no longer live in a town where Eleonora has an office, but she's worth traveling for.
