"Went for my 2nd ever chiropractic adjustment today, first from Dr. Diamant. I was a little apprehensive and he made the experience completely painless. He walked me through every adjustment and also gave me a thorough explanation on how improper alignment affects your body. We did a full set of x rays on my back and he looked at them with me, which I must say has never happened with a GP. With one adjustment I can already tell the difference in my range of motion and the pain I was experiencing has already lessened.
