"Nice clean office, receptionist is kind & doesn't waste time taking care of you, their timing is smooth. Dr. Joshua Is patient, informative with the acupuncture process. For my first time getting acupuncture done it has been a very good experience, I really liked how dark the room was, how silent it is in the office for the most part, I like that the Dr. Checked in halfway through the process to make sure everything was fine and there is no rush to gather yourself. Which leads me to the reason for me not providing 5 stars, which is the fact that when your time is up and they turn on the lights it is very blinding, very uncomfortable & bothers a lot to which you need a few minutes to adjust yourself. I would have assumed that dimming lights would have been used not just for a nice easy adjustment to prevent the moment from pitch dark to sun shining so bright it's blinding, but also to prevent discomfort & prevent it from hurting people who have sensitive vision, but also to just be thoughtful of the transition. I really hope they listen to the complaints given & make change for better adjustments for the patients. I will gladly change my stars if changes are made & will continue to get care there as well if done so."
